This grade of bitumen is produced through a blowing process in a refinery, similar to other penetration grades. Due to its medium air blowing and penetration, it is suitable for mild areas and highly recommended for use in temperate climates. Bitumen 50/70 is mainly used for road pavement and is commonly utilized in road construction, insulation, building construction, and liquid bitumen production. It is more suitable for use in temperate climate regions.

3. Adhesion: This type of bitumen exhibits good adhesion, meaning it can adhere well to other surfaces.
