Bitumen 85/100

Bitumen 85/100 is a type of bitumen with a penetration value ranging from 85 to 100 mm. It is obtained through the aeration process on a vacuum baton, which is the primary material used in bitumen production. This material is taken from the bottom of the distillation tower in oil refineries. Due to its low air blowing and penetration value, 85/100-grade bitumen is suitable for cold regions. It does not crack in low temperatures, making it ideal for road construction, insulation, building construction, and production of liquid bitumen.
